Drive high-impact engineering initiatives across agentic AI systems, enterprise accounting automation, platform scalability, financial data processing, infrastructure, and complex workflow abstractions. Own major product and engineering areas, collaborate closely with customers, and help shape technical direction and company growth. The role requires building reliable systems for high-volume, mission-critical financial workloads in a fully in-office startup environment.

Lead enterprise deployments of an AI accounting platform, managing implementation timelines, dependencies, milestones, and technical resources. Translate accounting workflows and business goals into implementation plans while coordinating customers, Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success. Support pre-sales discovery, design scalable deployment processes, standardize workflows, gather customer insights, and improve adoption, delivery velocity, and measurable close-efficiency outcomes.

First QA engineer responsible for increasing end-to-end test coverage using Playwright and AI-generated tests, maintaining tests, performing manual edge-case testing, and later fixing bugs and implementing features in a TypeScript/React codebase. Role is fully in-person in downtown Toronto, five days a week.
