Leads sales growth for a major retail partner by developing account strategies, managing joint business planning, forecasting, promotions, omnichannel execution, customer P&L, trade spend, and inventory targets. Builds senior customer relationships, identifies growth opportunities through data and shopper insights, coordinates cross-functional execution, and manages and coaches direct reports.

Own Walmart item-level forecasting from POS trends, inventory, promotions, seasonality, modular changes, and product launches. Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Walmart planning teams to improve forecast accuracy, product availability, replenishment, inventory levels, and service performance. Analyze forecast risks and variances, communicate KPI performance, support S&OP, strengthen Walmart partnerships, and contribute to forecasting process and technology improvements.

Coordinates customer shipments, outbound shipping documentation, order processing, transportation scheduling, supplier purchasing, delivery performance, operating supply levels, transportation costs, and invoice audits. The role supports on-time deliveries and requires coordination with truckload, LTL, courier, and potentially international shipping providers.
