Create and manage detailed Revit BIM models for modular units and prefabricated systems. Produce fabrication-ready shop drawings and documentation for manufacturing, procurement, permitting, and installation. Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP designs, resolve clashes, maintain Revit libraries, and support CNC and panelization workflows. The role also uses Dynamo and panelization software to automate model development and requires collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
