Design and validate high-performance RF and analog circuits for optical communication ICs, including multi-tens-of-GHz transimpedance amplifiers, broadband receiver circuits, regulators, sensors, and control loops. Responsibilities include transistor-level design, transmission-line development, analog custom layout, silicon tape-out, lab evaluation, simulation-to-measurement correlation, post-silicon validation, qualification, production transition, and customer support. The role may also mentor designers, lead chips through production, and translate specifications into architectures.

Manages end-to-end SoC IP development and delivery from concept through mass production release. Leads requirements closure, cross-functional planning, milestone tracking, risk management, executive reporting, process adherence, and lessons learned. Provides matrixed leadership across engineering program managers and partners with technical leaders to deliver analog, logic, test, layout, timing, validation, and physical implementation workstreams successfully.

The Senior Staff Engineer will design and validate high-performance RF/Analog circuits, specifically Transimpedance Amplifiers and various analog circuits, collaborating across teams to ensure successful production.
