Responsibilities include trade and budget management, merchandising, assortment, pricing, planogram and shelving execution, customer relationship development, forecasting, new product launches, collaborative planning, and financial accountability. The role analyzes syndicated data, develops go-to-market plans, coordinates cross-functional execution, and identifies emerging customer and channel needs. It is based in Bolton with regular office collaboration and 10% travel.

Owns Mars Canada's Sales Operations BI assets, analytics repository, and Snacking digital roadmap. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining Power BI solutions, managing automations and user access, ensuring data accuracy, migrating systems to Azure, overseeing analytics catalog additions, supporting TPM implementations, and partnering with global, technical, and cross-functional teams on digital strategy and technology delivery.
