Supports Mars Snacking sales operations through account management, promotional planning, deal sheet and deduction tracking, POS and consumption reporting, forecasting coordination, and customer business analysis. The role manages merchant relationships, provides category insights, supports pricing and launches, identifies account opportunities, and consolidates retail execution feedback while collaborating with sales and supply teams.

Supports sales strategy and customer marketing through annual planning, promotional effectiveness and ROI analysis, product launch tracking, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination. The role gathers and synthesizes commercial insights, monitors in-market performance, develops sales tools, tracks deliverables, evaluates campaign effectiveness, and helps marketing, sales, and demand planning teams execute customer growth plans.

Supports Mars Snacking brand strategy and activity plans across promotional, communication, merchandising, and digital initiatives. Analyzes sales, market audit, consumer research, and brand health data; develops recommendations, sales materials, and promotional programs; manages brand budgets; and collaborates cross-functionally with Customer Marketing and Consumer and Market Insights teams.
