Leads regional retail sales execution across Western Canada, managing District Sales Managers and ensuring product distribution, merchandising, performance development, training, compliance, relationships, reporting, and budget control. The role collaborates with Retail Operations, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams, conducts weekly field visits, and travels approximately 25% of the time.

Analyzes pet nutrition category performance, promotions, assortment, shelving, and planograms to develop actionable recommendations for retail partners. Builds retailer relationships, provides reporting and category insights, supports strategic planning, creates shelf plans using JDA, and ensures compliance with retailer policies and industry standards.

Lead development and execution of trade investment and promotional strategy to drive profitable growth and improve trade ROI. Partner with Sales, Brand and cross-functional teams to build budgets, annual promotional plans, and compliance to guidelines. Perform event-level Trade ROI and promotional landscape analysis to identify opportunities and present insights to senior leaders and customer teams.
