Own the product roadmap for business systems and integrations (Salesforce, Ironclad, Intacct). Translate stakeholder needs into prioritized backlog, lead requirements and delivery with engineering, manage cross-functional dependencies, define success metrics, and drive adoption and change management across Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Service Operations.

Lead technical onboarding and configuration of Marqeta’s card issuing and payments products for new customers. Guide integrations (especially via APIs), create enablement materials and runbooks, advocate customer needs to product teams, and collaborate with project managers, sales, and account teams to drive successful implementations and long-term client outcomes.

Serve as a technical and payments advisor to customers, lead onboarding and integration efforts, advocate customer needs to product and engineering, resolve technical issues, and drive customer success to grow revenue and product adoption.
