Own the product roadmap for business systems and integrations (Salesforce, Ironclad, Intacct). Translate stakeholder needs into prioritized backlog, lead requirements and delivery with engineering, manage cross-functional dependencies, define success metrics, and drive adoption and change management across Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Service Operations.

Lead technical onboarding and configuration of Marqeta’s card issuing and payments products for new customers. Guide integrations (especially via APIs), create enablement materials and runbooks, advocate customer needs to product teams, and collaborate with project managers, sales, and account teams to drive successful implementations and long-term client outcomes.

Act as a trusted point of contact while building operational foundations for scale.

Lead the Network Operations team in modernizing Marqeta's infrastructure from traditional data centers to a cloud-native architecture, ensuring 99.999% uptime. Oversee cloud networking, team management, automation initiatives, and corporate network infrastructure. Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure reliable connectivity across all locations.

Lead and scale the Credit onboarding engineering team to build, operate, and modernize a resilient, secure, cloud-native credit platform. Drive AI-first automation, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, improve engineering standards and execution, lead architecture decisions, mentor senior engineers, recruit talent, and deliver highly available systems at scale.

Support a global strategic account by building relationships, uncovering revenue opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams, delivering exceptional client service, using data to shape account strategy, and driving continuous process and product improvements.

Lead design and development of cross-platform web and mobile UI tooling and React Native SDKs. Architect reusable components, optimize mobile performance, integrate REST/GraphQL backends, implement CI/CD and testing, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and design to deliver high-quality cardholder experiences.

Lead the design and execution of Marqeta's Identity Platform, managing systems for KYC compliance, team mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.
