Lead mechanical and piping design for custom skid-mounted water and wastewater treatment equipment. Create 3D models, assemblies, routing layouts, fabrication drawings, structural skid designs, BOMs, and material take-offs using SolidWorks. Interpret P&IDs, specifications, codes, and customer requirements; conduct design reviews and audits; identify risks and cost-saving opportunities; maintain design standards; and mentor junior designers while collaborating across engineering, project management, procurement, and fabrication teams.

Supports mechanical design through development and maintenance of a SolidWorks routing library for standard piping components. Creates parts, assemblies, configurations, drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation while following company standards. Collaborates with designers, engineers, and operations on design reviews, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also assists with design standards, work instructions, configuration management, and drafting efficiency improvements.

Manages dealer accounts and customer relationships for Fleetline, Hogebuilt, and Nu-Line. Responsibilities include executing sales plans, growing market share, developing new business, qualifying leads, conducting outbound sales, resolving delivery and account issues, supporting collections, maintaining CRM records, and attending trade shows and dealer visits. The role also provides product education, estimates delivery dates, supports customer satisfaction, and uses social media to promote company brands.
