Drive group ticket and gondola sales for Raptors and Raptors 905 by prospecting new business, building client relationships, meeting KPIs, hosting game-day experiences, coordinating themed group events, conducting client meetings and venue tours, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance ticketing strategy and renewals.

Provide administrative and game-day support to the Raptors PR team, including preparing and distributing game notes and statistical reports, maintaining archives and media files, conducting statistical research and fact-checking, supporting game-day setup and postgame reporting, and assisting with departmental projects and printing/document coordination.

Provide friendly, responsible beverage service at MLSE venues, ensuring compliance with Smart Serve, AGCO and MLSE policies. Monitor inventory, prepare the bar, respond to guest inquiries, perform service and administrative tasks as needed, and follow all health and safety procedures. Must work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
