Lead and coach Fan Services staff across MLSE venues to deliver elevated customer service. Manage team deployment, conduct event briefings, respond to incidents per protocol, document concerns, enforce policies and health and safety, and support administrative tasks including performance reviews. Must work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Perform arena conversions and event set-up/tear-down for sporting events and concerts. Complete manual labour tasks, preventative maintenance on seating, equipment cleaning, inspections with checklists, and notify supervisors of repairs or supply needs. Work overnight shifts, follow health & safety policies, and collaborate with operations staff to meet tight deadlines.

Perform manual labor and event set-up/tear-down to convert and prepare arenas for events. Maintain storage areas and equipment, perform preventative maintenance and inspections, document checklists, follow health and safety policies, and support the Conversions team under supervisor direction.
