Manages project controls for major capital projects across a manufacturing network. Responsibilities include coaching project managers, leading executive portfolio reporting, maintaining the Capital Playbook, supporting scope and schedule development, tracking costs, coordinating project execution, managing project documentation and engineering drawings, and developing a CAD and project-tools administrator.

Establishes and updates labor standards, tracks manufacturing labor performance, and supports costing, capacity planning, product development, and process optimization. Responsibilities include line balancing, labor optimization, debottlenecking, waste elimination, time studies, job analysis, simulations, and strategic initiatives. The role collaborates with supply chain, commercial, operations, finance, marketing, and R&D teams to improve manufacturing performance and support sustainable growth.

Develop production, inventory, and capacity plans to meet service-level targets while controlling inventory and operating costs. Analyze data to identify constraints, bottlenecks, root causes, and continuous improvement opportunities. Manage seasonal inventory builds, support new product launches, participate in S&OP, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve shortages and improve supply chain performance.
