The Bilingual Client Success Associate manages channel partnerships, ensuring operational success and engagement, leading program launches, and handling renewals, with a focus on effective communication in both French and English.

Lead and develop a bilingual (French/English) client success team for channel partnerships, drive revenue, retention and partner experience, coach team members through complex renewals and escalations, run strategic partner engagements, improve workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, Data, Finance and Operations.

Manage high volumes of incoming lab and referral documentation (faxes, voicemails, digital records): upload, route, track and reconcile records; escalate urgent results; resolve incomplete documentation with labs and clinics; maintain accurate patient records; support public health reporting and compliance; collaborate with Customer Support and Care Delivery to meet quality and turnaround targets.
