Partner with HR, technology, architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, legal, compliance, risk, and governance teams to deliver scalable, secure colleague experiences. Use research, analytics, adoption, quality, and operational data to guide product decisions and enterprise AI improvements.

Leads Insurance Operations strategy, integrated planning, governance, and a portfolio of transformation initiatives. Translates enterprise priorities into executable roadmaps, aligns stakeholders, manages risks and trade-offs, tracks benefits and performance, and advises senior leaders. Oversees change leadership, executive communications, and development of a high-performing strategy and transformation team.

Sell and promote mortgage, lending, debt management, and deposit solutions directly to clients and through financial advisors. Build a consumer client base, conduct needs-based consultations, deliver solutions efficiently, route business to servicing teams, and provide field feedback to improve products and services. The role requires residential mortgage underwriting experience, cold-call sales success, relationship management, negotiation, and travel within an assigned Ontario territory. It is remote and 100% commission-based.
