Lead second-line oversight of technology and data risks across global platforms. Provide independent challenge to first-line tech/data leaders, assess controls for cloud, infrastructure, networks, resilience, and data platforms (including AI/ML). Drive GRC workflow automation, event-driven control monitoring, and orchestration of risk processes. Deliver consistent risk opinions, improve reporting timeliness and quality, and ensure regulatory alignment and reduction of manual risk processes.

Lead and coordinate operational transformation initiatives by developing integrated plans, managing dependencies, risks and governance, facilitating stakeholder alignment, assessing organizational readiness, and enabling delivery best practices across programs.

Partner with Canadian Segment Operations to analyze requirements, design and configure Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, document user stories and acceptance criteria, perform testing and root-cause analysis, recommend solutions, measure outcomes via KPIs, and support implementation and continuous improvement for contact center and operations initiatives.
