Lead global technology risk and cybersecurity governance: define risk methodology and control frameworks, advise on controls, ensure policy compliance, integrate AI/automation, run reporting and communities of practice, and represent the function in leadership forums.

Lead full project lifecycle for technology initiatives across Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Government Relations. Drive digitization, automation, process improvement, and cost optimization. Define scope and requirements, develop business cases, manage scope/schedule/budget/risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee vendors and contracts, report to senior leadership, and conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
