Owns physical product development from ideation through research, prototyping, sampling, and bulk production across categories such as apparel, plush, and vinyl. Partners with design, manufacturing vendors, sales, marketing, and technology teams to translate creative concepts into technical specifications, manage timelines, resolve production issues, maintain quality and cost standards, and improve development processes.

Design and own Makeship’s go-to-market methodology across Creator acquisition, conversion, retention, expansion, and reactivation. Develop journey logic, sales plays, talk tracks, enablement, and data-led experiments. Translate strategy into RevOps requirements involving pipelines, workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting, while partnering with Partnerships, RevOps, and Marketing to drive adoption and measurable commercial performance.

Design intuitive, visually engaging B2C experiences for Makeship’s fan-facing platform, from discovery and ideation through production. Responsibilities include UI design, user research, usability testing, design system contribution, identifying usability issues, and collaborating with product, engineering, and brand teams to deliver polished, cohesive experiences across devices.
