Owns physical product development from ideation through research, prototyping, sampling, and bulk production across categories such as apparel, plush, and vinyl. Design and own Makeship’s go-to-market methodology across Creator acquisition, conversion, retention, expansion, and reactivation. Develop journey logic, sales plays, talk tracks, enablement, and data-led experiments. Translate strategy into RevOps requirements involving pipelines, workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting, while partnering with Partnerships, RevOps, and Marketing to drive adoption and measurable commercial performance.

Design intuitive, visually engaging B2C experiences for Makeship’s fan-facing platform, from discovery and ideation through production. Responsibilities include UI design, user research, usability testing, design system contribution, identifying usability issues, and collaborating with product, engineering, and brand teams to deliver polished, cohesive experiences across devices.

Lead product strategy and delivery for Makeship’s crowdfunding platform and fan experience. Prioritize problems, conduct qualitative and quantitative research, validate solutions with design partners, lead cross-functional teams, monitor product metrics, and align stakeholders around product goals. The role requires shipping impactful improvements for creators and fans while supporting platform growth and business objectives.

Lead end-to-end operational health for a high-growth D2C crowdfunding merch business: oversee business operations, supply chain, and customer support; identify and fix inefficiencies; partner with Systems Engineering to build operational infrastructure; deliver insights and research enablement to cross-functional teams.

Own the end-to-end user experience for Makeship’s platform serving creators and fans. Responsibilities include solving complex user problems, designing polished interfaces, scaling the design system, conducting user research and usability testing, partnering with engineering, product, and marketing, advancing design practices, and mentoring team members.
