Own the end-to-end user experience for Makeship’s platform serving creators and fans. Responsibilities include solving complex user problems, designing polished interfaces, scaling the design system, conducting user research and usability testing, partnering with engineering, product, and marketing, advancing design practices, and mentoring team members.

Lead design and delivery of scalable full-stack features, make architectural decisions, improve reliability and observability, mentor engineers, perform reviews and testing, and resolve production issues while collaborating with product, design, and data partners.

Lead end-to-end operational health for a high-growth D2C crowdfunding merch business: oversee business operations, supply chain, and customer support; identify and fix inefficiencies; partner with Systems Engineering to build operational infrastructure; deliver insights and research enablement to cross-functional teams.

Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations, improve workflows and tooling, and reduce risk. Analyze processes and data to identify high-impact improvements, partner with stakeholders and Systems Engineering, and drive change by educating teams and delivering scalable operational solutions.
