Build and operate scalable AI platform services, internal APIs, and production workflows integrating LLMs and AI tools. Own reliability through observability, alerting, incident response, performance tuning, cost optimization, capacity planning, CI/CD, and infrastructure improvements. The role requires Python backend development, distributed systems, asynchronous processing, cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code, and cross-layer experience spanning services, data, infrastructure, and AI tooling.

Build and maintain React Native foundations and tooling for an internal mobile developer platform. Integrate AI-native workflows, consolidate SDKs, CI pipelines, build tools, and reusable components, raise engineering standards, and collaborate with platform and product teams to accelerate mobile feature delivery.

Own the Brand Design team’s operating rhythm from intake through delivery. Manage Asana requests, creative briefs, prioritization, processes, milestones, capacity planning, file organization, and reporting. Partner with Marketing Program Management on major initiatives, identify trade-offs early, and optimize workflows so designers can focus on design. The role requires project delivery experience in an in-house creative, design, or marketing environment and strong stakeholder management.
