Lead Magnet Forensics' global tax function, owning US, Canadian, and international income, indirect tax, and transfer pricing. Advise executives on tax-efficient structures, manage compliance, audits, and the global provision (ASC 740/IAS 12), and build a scalable tax team while monitoring international tax developments (e.g., BEPS/Pillar Two).

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team engineering programs. Create and maintain program plans, track risks and metrics, coordinate cross-team dependencies, communicate status to stakeholders and leadership, drive process improvements, and mentor junior TPMs while coaching teams in Agile practices to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

Partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to optimize sales processes, maintain CRM data integrity, manage sales tools and contract renewals, perform monthly commission audits, improve closed-won operations, and deliver training and enablement to drive revenue efficiency.
