Designs, builds, tests, deploys, and supports AI-enabled workflows and enterprise automations across Business Applications, Data & Analytics, and IT. The role evaluates automation opportunities, integrates platforms and APIs, manages exceptions and human escalation, documents solutions, trains process owners, and reports measurable efficiency gains. It also advises on AI risks, governance, maintainability, and appropriate use of emerging tools.

Leads a globally distributed IT support team, overseeing employee technology enablement, hardware procurement, asset management, onboarding and offboarding, ticket resolution, escalations, and office A/V systems. The manager establishes service metrics, analyzes performance, uses employee feedback to drive continuous improvement, and partners with stakeholders to resolve recurring issues. The role requires people leadership, broad technical expertise, strong communication, and periodic after-hours or on-call support.

Lead Private Sector marketing strategy and demand-generation to meet $50M+ pipeline and revenue goals. Manage and develop a team, plan integrated multi-channel campaigns, align with sales/BDR, govern product launches, optimize budget and report measurable business impact.
