Manages automotive hot-form tooling programs from quotation and design through die construction, tryout, launch, and completion. Coordinates customers, suppliers, engineering, production, quality, purchasing, finance, and tooling teams to achieve program milestones, cost, quality, and delivery targets. Responsibilities include technical reviews, FEA and GD&T coordination, change management, reporting, issue resolution, customer communication, supplier oversight, documentation, invoicing, and continuous improvement.

Provides system administration and end-user support for the Plastcoat user community. Maintains software versions, patches, networks, servers, workstations, email systems, and virtual infrastructure. Troubleshoots shop-floor printers, scanners, computers, and other hardware; deploys new devices and supports users. Participates in continuous improvement, safety, quality, and workplace organization initiatives while responding to operational support needs.

Manage automotive programs from order receipt through steady-state production. Lead cross-functional teams, APQP activities, risk management, resource allocation, launch readiness, customer communications, packaging approvals, pre-production builds, and production ramp-up. Ensure programs meet customer, quality, cost, schedule, safety, environmental, and financial targets while driving continuous improvement and value engineering.
