Install, maintain and troubleshoot piping, hydraulic and pneumatic systems for automated automotive assembly lines. Fabricate and weld valve frames, read schematics and blueprints, operate machine tools, perform safe lockout procedures, and support continuous improvement and ISO processes.

Support, maintain, and improve enterprise IT infrastructure for Magna Exteriors. Provide oversight for Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, virtualization (VMware/VDI/Hyper-V), backups, disaster recovery, patching, security, and email systems. Act as escalation point, collaborate with stakeholders, manage incidents/changes, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement and documentation.

Lead and schedule lab staff, ensure IATF and OEM quality standards, manage dimensional studies and gauging, support automated production cells and robot programming, perform maintenance checks, record downtime and create EAM work orders, drive continuous improvement, maintain 5S and safety, and support quality, performance, and customer testing requirements.
