Leads the design and implementation of cloud-based IoT and full-stack applications for connected manufacturing. Makes architecture decisions, mentors developers, improves software quality through testing and observability, collaborates with technical and business stakeholders, and troubleshoots complex production issues across application, infrastructure, data, and integration layers.

Serves as a trusted HR partner supporting employees and leaders while leading compensation administration, pay equity, job evaluation, payroll backup, employee relations, investigations, compliance audits, HR reporting, and job description management. The role also supports talent acquisition, onboarding, training, benefits, engagement, recognition, and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Coordinates materials planning, production scheduling, inventory management, and inbound and outbound logistics in a just-in-time manufacturing environment. Manages MRP processes, supplier releases, production schedules, inventory accuracy, freight costs, shipping documentation, and supplier relationships. Supports compliance with quality, environmental, safety, trade security, and automotive manufacturing standards while contributing to continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
