Leads complex, multi-year I&IT and audio-visual projects from initiation through closeout. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, procurement, risk and change management, vendor and team leadership, stakeholder communications, technical implementation oversight, testing, commissioning, and client handover. Provides specialized advice on telecommunications, videoconferencing, VoIP, cloud, security, infrastructure, business cases, and public-sector submissions.

Leads the planning, development, delivery, evaluation, and support of training programs for Justice Video Network technologies. Delivers onsite and virtual instruction, creates e-learning modules and manuals, conducts training needs assessments, supports user acceptance testing, reviews graphical interfaces, and translates complex audiovisual and videoconferencing concepts into accessible language for diverse users.

Leads IT business analysis by gathering and documenting requirements, modeling processes and data, developing business cases, and translating business needs into technology specifications. Facilitates stakeholder engagement, JAD sessions, backlog grooming, epics, and user stories. Supports Agile delivery, requirements traceability, performance measurement, risk management, and process improvement while communicating progress and issues to project leadership.
