Lead large, complex application development projects end-to-end using Agile/Scrum. Ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule and budget while managing governance, privacy, security, stakeholders, risks, and interdependencies. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, lead technical teams, and use tools like Jira, MS Project, Planview and Visio. Require Siebel Public Sector and Oracle domain knowledge.

Support project managers by coordinating planning, tracking, reporting, risk/issue and workflow management. Maintain dashboards, status reports, document repositories, meeting scheduling/facilitation, and project analytics to ensure delivery of core project components across mainframe/legacy systems.

Lead technical architecture and solution design for enterprise Maximo work management implementations. Drive cloud transformations and IaC practices, configure and extend Maximo (7.6/9.1), integrate with ERP, produce technical specifications, support testing and data migration, verify vendor solutions, and guide divisional rollouts and production transitions.
