Teams at Lyft

Lead and coach a recruiting coordination team to maintain scheduling SLAs, spot and fix process gaps, drive automation and process improvements, partner with TA stakeholders, and contribute to scheduling operations and broader TA initiatives.

Conduct privacy risk assessments, build relationships with teams, analyze data flows, and develop privacy policies for Lyft's products and services.

Build and maintain frontend services and components for Lyft's micromobility operations tooling. Define roadmap and architecture, write well-tested maintainable code, lead projects, participate in code reviews and incident response, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and evangelize engineering best practices to improve operator workflows and platform performance.
