The analyst will identify opportunities in Lyft's top regions, influencing strategies and improving marketplace performance through data analysis and collaboration with teams.

Lead cross-functional loyalty product initiatives from ideation through launch and post-launch. Drive program planning, dependency management, KPI ownership, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications. Partner with engineering, product, data science, design, analytics, and operations to deliver iterative features that increase rider retention and lifetime value, including regulatory and compliance-driven efforts.

Lead design and implementation of AI-driven data analytics platforms and pipelines for Lyft's Marketplace. Define architecture and roadmap, build backend microservices and APIs, drive AI innovation (agentic workflows, model evaluation, causal models, anomaly detection), collaborate with product and data teams, resolve incidents, and mentor engineers to improve business operations and metrics governance.
