Own ambiguous product problems across consumer and business fintech audiences, including acquisition, activation, onboarding, account and card products, and financial insights. Identify opportunities through quantitative analysis, user research, and market research; prototype and prioritize solutions; make trade-offs independently; and guide initiatives from problem framing through shipment. The role reports to the Head of Product and works closely with designers and engineers in a small product organization.

Build and own user-facing web experiences with a front-end focus using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Work across the full stack (Node.js/NestJS), design and integrate REST APIs, collaborate with product and design, run growth experiments, ensure accessibility/performance, write tests, support production through on-call rotations, and contribute to payments and banking integrations.

Design, build, and maintain backend services and payment infrastructure using NestJS/TypeScript on GCP. Implement ledger systems, payment processing pipelines, and secure APIs, ensure scalability, reliability, and regulatory compliance (PCI, SOC 2), manage infrastructure as code, and collaborate with product and compliance teams to deliver production-grade financial systems.
