The Intermediate Financial Analyst partners with Manufacturing Finance, Supply Chain, and Purchasing to analyze performance, forecast results, build budgets and models, and identify risks and opportunities. Responsibilities include month-end variance analysis, inventory optimization, S&OP support, KPI dashboards, ROI analysis, decision support, and communicating financial insights to stakeholders. The role also improves finance processes, tools, and business understanding.

Partners with Manufacturing leaders to provide financial insights, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, KPI development, dashboards, ROI analysis, and decision support. Leads month-end reviews and reforecasting, improves financial processes and reporting, communicates financial concepts to diverse stakeholders, and supports team development and ad hoc modeling.

Performs FP&A for freight, distribution, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, KPI dashboards, accruals, invoice reconciliation, tariff and import-cost analysis, carrier and supplier evaluation, scenario modeling, cost optimization, and business-case development. Partners with Finance, Procurement, Trade Compliance, Manufacturing, and Operations leaders to provide actionable insights and support supply chain decisions.
