Accurately weigh, measure, inspect, and mix raw materials according to approved cosmetic formulas and production processes. Ensure batches meet quality, safety, sanitation, and GMP standards while maintaining required documentation. Coordinate production flow, support staff training, perform basic AX functions, clean equipment, reduce waste, and contribute to Lean continuous improvement. The role requires physical work, flexibility across manufacturing areas, and availability for varied shifts, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Coordinates mould production planning, scheduling, inventory control, material requests, and resource allocation. Maintains stock records, manages receiving and cycle counts, supports payroll administration, and prepares inventory reports. Operates and maintains 3D printers, coordinates fabrication needs, performs quality and safety checks, and collaborates with manufacturing, purchasing, freight, vendors, and departmental leadership to improve production efficiency and resolve operational issues.

Support and enhance global cloud-native infrastructure, including Terraform provisioning, Docker and Kubernetes workloads, Helm deployments, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki. Participate in on-call production support, incident resolution, SDLC deployment workflows, and infrastructure security. The role requires high-availability environment experience, GCP familiarity, DNS management, and strong automation skills.
