Lead and scale LumiQ’s Customer Success function for B2B SaaS customers. Own retention, expansion, GRR, NRR, team leadership, budgeting, customer health monitoring, executive reporting, and operational strategy. Build scalable playbooks, automated success processes, early-warning systems, and data-driven operating rhythms while coaching CSMs and improving customer adoption and account capacity.

Build and operate technical systems, automations, data pipelines, and AI-powered workflows supporting go-to-market teams. Responsibilities include signal-based outbound prospecting, lead-data cleaning and enrichment, Salesforce synchronization, lead scoring, lead routing, pipeline generation, and integrating AI into revenue workflows. The role partners with Sales and Marketing and requires hands-on ownership of scalable solutions in a SaaS environment. It is a flexible hybrid position based in Toronto.

Own end-to-end production of business and finance podcast episodes: research and pitch topics, secure and prep subject-matter experts, host and guide interviews, review raw audio and make content-level edits, and write episode copy, quizzes, glossary terms and visual aids. Work collaboratively with editors and peers to maintain editorial standards, prioritize projects, and ensure content accuracy and audience relevance.
