The Risk Operations Lead will manage KYC/B, AML, transaction monitoring, credit risk, and collections, enhancing risk functions and leading the team.

Own and scale end-to-end payment operations: execute settlements, investigate exceptions, run three-way reconciliations, manage chargebacks, forecast liquidity, build SOPs and controls, automate manual workflows with Engineering/Data, produce operational reporting, and act as primary contact for banking and processor partners.

Partner with the Chief of Staff on cross-functional BizOps work: investor materials and financial models, product/technical prototypes and SQL analysis, commercial/legal due diligence and vendor negotiation, project management, and office operations to keep the Toronto office running smoothly.
