Lead and improve the forms team for a real-estate transaction platform: redesign processes, manage and develop engineers, build and maintain database tables, collaborate cross-functionally, handle escalations, enforce coding/compliance/security standards, hire and train staff, and work directly with clients to deliver product improvements.

Lead client implementations, training, data setup and conversions for the Lone Wolf platform. Manage project plans, requirements gathering, status updates, configuration guidance, UAT participation, and collaborate with Product, QA, and Business Solutions to ensure on-time, on-budget onboarding and adoption.

Lead and drive high-priority cross-functional strategic initiatives, M&A integration, and execution frameworks. Establish governance, KPIs, financial models, and reporting; influence executives, manage program risks, and ensure measurable business outcomes across Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance.
