Provide person-centred behavioural assessments and evidence-based intervention plans for seniors with responsive behaviours. Deliver crisis intervention, training, care coordination, and transitional support while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners. Maintain documentation, ensure ethical compliance, and support staff education on behavioural support best practices.

Provide case management and crisis intervention for women facing homelessness, mental health, and substance-use challenges. Create recovery plans, connect clients to housing, health and financial supports, deliver life-skills coaching, maintain records, participate in team work, and provide on-call crisis support and community outreach.

Provide recreational, therapeutic, and community-based programming for adults with complex mental health, addiction, cognitive or neurological challenges. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual and group activities; monitor progress, manage risks, maintain records, train staff/volunteers, and support clients' social engagement and wellbeing.
