Provide direct personal care and behavioural support to seniors with responsive behaviours in community settings. Observe, document, and report behaviours, assist with Behavioural Support Plans, apply interventions, support transitions, educate caregivers, participate in care conferences, and maintain documentation and safety compliance. Travel, occasional evenings and weekends, and physical lifting/transferring are required.

Senior leader responsible for multi-site facilities operations, asset and infrastructure renewal, preventative maintenance, regulatory compliance, vendor/contractor management, budget and capital oversight, and staff leadership. Drives safety, emergency preparedness, continuous improvement, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure safe, accessible, and efficient environments across organizational sites.

Provide front-desk and clerical support, manage correspondence, filing, scheduling, and office supplies. Perform bookkeeping tasks including petty cash, client monies in trust, invoice processing, payroll support, and banking coordination. Maintain accurate financial and program records, assist clients and respond to urgent situations, and follow safety and emergency protocols. Ensure accounting practices follow agency policies and support administrative projects as assigned.

Provide behavioural assessments and individualized support plans for older adults with responsive behaviours in hospital settings. Deliver crisis intervention, counselling, liaison and training for families and care teams, coordinate transitions and community resources, maintain documentation, and participate in interdisciplinary care and on-call duties.

Deliver therapeutic recreational programming for older adults and seniors with complex needs. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual and group activities, conduct therapy sessions, coordinate community outings, monitor client progress and risks, maintain records, train staff/volunteers, and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support clients' social, physical, and mental well-being.

Provide high-level administrative and executive support including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation and minutes, stakeholder communication, expense management, document drafting/editing, confidential record keeping, project coordination, office support tasks, and occasional after-hours work to support organizational priorities.
