Manages customer deductions end to end, including resolution, coding, tracking, payment application, compliance, and deadline management. Produces weekly analyses and action plans, maintains customer and cross-functional relationships, supports Sales and Finance teams, escalates issues, and recommends process improvements. Participates in continuous improvement projects while handling transactional, analytical, and strategic responsibilities.

Lead delivery and support of SAP PP and QM across North America: manage projects, enhancements, upgrades, testing, integrations (MES, EWM), end-user support, vendor management, and roadmap/strategy while ensuring processes, configurations, and documentation meet business and technical requirements.

Lead design and implementation of SAP BTP-based solutions, integrations, and extensions for S/4HANA and non-SAP systems. Build cloud-native apps with CAP, Fiori/UI5, and Cloud Foundry, design APIs and event-driven integrations, enforce security and governance, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and drive DevOps/CI-CD, testing, and automation practices.
