Assist a licensed journeyperson to lay out, install, inspect, troubleshoot and maintain industrial electrical systems and equipment. Read schematics/blueprints, install wiring and conduit, test electrical components, replace faulty parts, maintain motors/generators and battery systems, participate in preventative maintenance, and follow electrical codes and PPE requirements.

Manage and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers, assign and oversee daily tasks, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, lead process improvements, coordinate cross-functional activities, manage project budgets, and implement manufacturing systems and tools.

Perform general production support and maintenance tasks including 5S/Lean support, painting, janitorial coverage, small fabrication, and equipment/area cleaning. Follow supervisor instructions, use hand and power tools safely, collaborate with team to solve issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
