Supports daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, claims management, training coordination, employee engagement, investigations, disciplinary processes, and compliance with employment legislation. Maintains employee records in HRIS systems, advises managers and employees on policies and benefits, administers programs, and coordinates hiring and development activities.

Supports investor relations strategy, investor communications, earnings materials, events, executive briefings, capital-raising activities, and disclosure processes. Coordinates priorities, reporting, governance routines, projects, systems initiatives, and follow-ups across the Chief Administration Officer’s portfolio. The role prepares presentations and dashboards, tracks risks and deliverables, maintains corporate documentation, supports continuous improvement, and builds relationships with executives, investors, analysts, government stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Coordinates customer orders from entry through shipping and invoicing, responds to customer and sales inquiries, manages shipment schedules, supports forecasting and reporting, maintains order and customer records, verifies pricing and financial documentation, and collaborates with sales, production, logistics, materials, scheduling, and accounts receivable teams to meet customer and shipping targets.
