Leads Deal Desk within Strategic Finance, owning revenue adjustments, deal economics, approval policies, financial modeling, accruals, cash-flow monitoring, and performance reporting for commercial agreements. Partners with GTM, Finance, and senior leadership on standard and complex deals, provides defensible recommendations, manages cross-functional reviews, and supervises a Senior Analyst. The role requires strong judgment, revenue recognition knowledge, analytical rigor, and executive communication skills.

Manage technical accounting for complex transactions, including revenue, stock-based compensation, leases, debt, capitalized software, and equity. Research and document accounting positions, own policies, implement new accounting standards, prepare journal-entry support and financial statement disclosures, and assist with proxy reporting and audits. Collaborate with Legal, FP&A, business teams, and auditors while ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
