The Assistant Principal supports the Principal in management duties, supervises educational programs, develops staff, and ensures compliance with policies. They lead school improvement strategies and make decisions regarding student and teacher performance.

Perform full-cycle recruiting to source, screen, interview, and place candidates across multiple regions. Maintain ATS and HRIS, manage requisitions, coordinate interviews, support hiring managers, attend job fairs, and handle onboarding coordination while ensuring compliance, documentation, and strong candidate communication.

Manage governance records and compliance across states, ensure Open Meetings Act adherence, monitor tasks in Epicenter, coordinate board activities, prepare communications and reports, serve as governance liaison, and support administrative duties.
