Serve as the primary HR contact for Levitate’s Ontario team: manage onboarding/offboarding, HRIS records (BambooHR), benefits enrollment, employee relations, policy updates, manager guidance, and training while ensuring compliance with Ontario employment law.

The Customer Success Specialist manages customer relationships, provides onboarding, ensures customer satisfaction, and collaborates with teams to address issues effectively.

The Account Executive will drive lead generation, manage full sales cycles, and consistently exceed monthly quotas while expanding the customer base.
