Design, develop, integrate, and test embedded firmware for lighting and building control products. Collaborate on firmware architecture and specifications, debug hardware/firmware integration, create automated regression tests, review contributed modules, and lead, mentor, and evaluate team members while supporting project planning and status reporting.

Support H&S Manager and Specialist in delivering safety programs: training, PPE programs, eLearning, inspections, incident investigations, and safety communications. Manage digital safety tools (QR codes, OnTRAK, SharePoint), develop PPE vending rollout, convert training to interactive eLearning, update SOPs/SWIs, and participate in continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Support mechanical design of cable bus systems by creating CAD and 3D models, preparing manufacturing drawings, working with 3D scans/point clouds, assisting with FEA on components, producing installation/maintenance documentation, and collaborating with production and quality to ensure proper manufacture and assembly.
