Develop and maintain reusable CAD components and cross-section libraries, create templates and standardized model structures, support CPQ automation, set up baseline models to current standards, ensure controlled CAD data, and collaborate with engineering teams on evolving design standards.

Support H&S Manager and Specialist in delivering safety programs: training, PPE programs, eLearning, inspections, incident investigations, and safety communications. Manage digital safety tools (QR codes, OnTRAK, SharePoint), develop PPE vending rollout, convert training to interactive eLearning, update SOPs/SWIs, and participate in continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Design, develop, integrate, and test embedded firmware for lighting and building control products. Collaborate on firmware architecture and specifications, debug hardware/firmware integration, create automated regression tests, review contributed modules, and lead, mentor, and evaluate team members while supporting project planning and status reporting.
