Coordinates escalations with Product Engineering, reviews proposals for technical accuracy, maintains engineering checklists, and provides technical guidance to Sales and Quotation teams.

Supports industrialization and continuous improvement initiatives through process mapping, time studies, production data analysis, standard work documentation, factory layout development, capacity analysis, line balancing, and performance reporting. Collaborates with Operations, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement teams to improve manufacturing safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and efficiency while gaining hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing and production planning.

Supports Odoo ERP master data management, data cleansing, validation, imports, sales order entry, and product record creation. Reviews engineering documents, develops structured datasets, documents procedures, and collaborates with engineering, operations, customer service, and business teams. The role also contributes to process improvement through AI tools, automation, scripting, and workflow enhancements.

Prepares accurate quotes from tender documents and drawings, supports contractor, distributor, and consultant relationships, researches market trends, identifies sales opportunities, contributes to brand strategy, and helps develop CRM-based tools for opportunity tracking. The role requires quoting or similar experience, CRM proficiency, data analytics familiarity, strong communication skills, and Microsoft Office expertise. Electrical industry experience and knowledge of power distribution equipment are preferred.
