Processes full-cycle salary, hourly, union, and non-union payroll across multiple jurisdictions using JD Edwards. Handles statutory remittances, payroll reconciliations, journal entries, time-entry escalations, employee inquiries, system testing, and process improvements. Provides guidance to junior payroll administrators and collaborates with Finance, HR, Labour Relations, and business leaders to ensure accurate, compliant payroll operations.

Provides reception coverage and broad administrative support, including calendar management, expense reports, mail and courier coordination, meeting logistics, office supply ordering, onboarding preparation, correspondence, inventory restocking, contact-list maintenance, and clerical support. The role communicates with staff, management, visitors, and project teams while maintaining organized office operations and delivering customer service.

Develop 3D civil infrastructure models for roads, bridges, earthworks, utilities, and heavy civil projects. Produce construction drawings, quantity takeoffs, volume calculations, and project deliverables. Coordinate models with engineering, surveying, and construction teams; resolve discrepancies; conduct clash detection; integrate point-cloud data; and manage digital documents, model controls, and version tracking.
