Coordinates access to active rail corridors for construction and maintenance projects. Responsibilities include developing access schedules and plans, managing permits and approvals, coordinating flagging resources, communicating with Metrolinx and other stakeholders, monitoring field compliance, supporting closure readiness meetings, and maintaining project records and status reports.

Manage bridge and heavy civil construction projects from planning through execution. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts and designs, developing work plans and schedules, coordinating designers and clients, managing budgets and quantities, overseeing subcontractors and site activities, maintaining safety and quality standards, resolving issues, preparing reports, and ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

Lead and manage project document control for complex construction and engineering projects. Develop and enforce document control procedures, configure and audit EDMS, maintain registers/transmittals, coordinate reviews and approvals, support field teams, mentor document control staff, and drive process improvements to ensure compliance and timely access to current project documentation.
