Support and maintain QA/QC procedures on a GO Transit infrastructure project. Conduct field inspections and audits, manage non-conformances and corrective actions, maintain quality documentation and reports, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, review vendor performance, provide training, and support safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage mechanical and electrical aspects of multi-disciplinary commercial and residential construction projects. Develop and execute project plans and schedules, review MEP designs, manage procurement, tendering, clash detection, change requests, commissioning, and ensure compliance with codes, quality, and safety standards.

Lead and manage project document control for complex construction and engineering projects. Develop and enforce document control procedures, configure and audit EDMS, maintain registers/transmittals, coordinate reviews and approvals, support field teams, mentor document control staff, and drive process improvements to ensure compliance and timely access to current project documentation.
