Conduct full-cycle recruitment for construction and rail infrastructure roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, pipeline development, and candidate relationship management. Partner with business leaders and HR teams to create recruitment strategies, develop competency-based interviews, track hiring metrics, and promote employer branding through networking, campus outreach, trade shows, and talent campaigns. The role is hybrid in Toronto with travel across the GTA for site visits and industry events.

Leads enterprise and project risk management across operating companies, advising executives on risk appetite, contract allocation, insurance, governance, and strategic decisions. Oversees risk assessments, scenario analysis, mitigation modeling, insurance renewal, risk financing, analytics, dashboards, forecasting, and executive reporting. Builds risk culture, influences senior stakeholders, drives framework adoption, and mentors risk team members.

Supports infrastructure investment and P3 project pursuits through complex financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, transaction execution, financing deliverables, and equity investment management. Conducts market research, develops bid and financing materials, tracks project pipelines, and advises business leaders on investment opportunities. Collaborates with project management, commercial, finance, and procurement teams while supporting Treasury and Corporate Finance mandates.
