Support and maintain QA/QC procedures on a GO Transit infrastructure project. Lead planning and execution of land access, easements, permits and property access for infrastructure construction. Coordinate with design, construction, clients, authorities and property owners, manage submittals and registers, resolve regulatory and stakeholder issues, and prepare reports to keep projects on schedule.

Lead end-to-end bid pursuits for Design-Build projects: develop pursuit and pricing strategies, manage RFP/RFQ submissions, coordinate design/estimating/operations teams, act as client contact and hand over winning bids to project teams, maintain bid documentation and capture lessons learned.

Lead and manage full proposal lifecycles (EOIs, RFQs, RFPs) for complex AEC pursuits, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance and quality, refining proposal processes and templates, mentoring junior staff, and improving proposal content and tools to increase win potential.
