Manage project controls for a major infrastructure project, including integrated schedules, budgets, cost control systems, forecasts, financial reporting, risk management, variance analysis, and schedule recovery. Lead schedule and cost reviews, monitor performance, develop mitigation strategies, support claims prevention and dispute resolution, and present actionable insights to project leadership.
