Own bespoke client projects end to end, from scoping and API design through UI, backend development, release, and production support. Build polished interactive tools, generative AI products, and client-embedded experiences using modern full-stack technologies. Collaborate closely with designers, improve reusable products, establish safe AI-assisted development practices, and contribute through code review, mentoring, documentation, hiring, and technical leadership.

Build and maintain production systems, engineering tools, CI/CD and release automation, testing infrastructure, and foundational engineering platforms. Investigate scalability bottlenecks and production incidents, automate system administration and integrations, and collaborate with QA and development teams. Provide mentorship, share knowledge, capture requirements, and improve engineering processes across the company.

Manage the post-onboarding lifecycle for SMB SaaS customers, owning customer health, retention, expansion, and advocacy. Build trusted relationships, identify growth opportunities, maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce, communicate customer needs internally, and collaborate across teams to improve customer experience. The role requires B2B account management experience, technical aptitude, executive communication, strong organization, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Salesforce.
