Build and maintain internal security tooling, automation, and cloud-native services to improve secure software delivery, secrets and identity management, vulnerability detection, and runtime protection. Partner with Platform, Infrastructure, and Product teams to integrate security into CI/CD, Kubernetes, and AI-enabled workflows and support incident response and remediation.

The Director of FP&A will lead integrated planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance management across revenue, expenses, workforce capacity, profitability, and cash. They will build delivery supply-demand models, partner with executives, oversee Pigment as the planning platform, and deploy governed AI workflows for analysis and decision-making. The role also requires building the FP&A function, strengthening financial controls, producing executive and Board reporting, and partnering cross-functionally on staffing, vendors, investments, and operational performance.

Own and optimize demand generation to drive demos and pipeline. Design, execute, and A/B test integrated programs across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, content, and events. Manage marketing tech stack and attribution, analyze performance and unit economics, partner with Sales/Product/Revenue Ops, direct agencies, and apply AI tools to accelerate workflows and AEO strategies.
