Leads the planning, detailed design, coordination, and delivery of complex highway infrastructure projects. Manages multidisciplinary teams, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, utilities, stakeholders, and regulatory requirements. Provides technical guidance, conducts field reviews, supports proposals and business development, and mentors junior staff. Ensures compliance with TAC, MTO, safety, and environmental standards while maintaining strong client relationships and successful project outcomes.

Supports the planning, detailed design, and delivery of highway infrastructure projects. Prepares geometric designs, alignments, staging plans, pavement markings, signage, roadside safety details, quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, specifications, and technical documentation. Collaborates with engineers, designers, and project managers, conducts field reviews, verifies compliance with TAC and MTO standards, and supports quality control, project coordination, and professional development.

The Controller oversees financial and project accounting, including month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, job costing, revenue recognition, statutory filings, cash management, and accounts receivable/payable. The role advises Project Managers on project financial performance, supports compliance and audits, supervises accounting staff, and contributes to process improvements and professional development.
