Support inbound/outbound transportation operations by monitoring shipments, analyzing transportation data, developing KPI reports and dashboards, driving process improvements and Lean/Six Sigma projects, managing carrier relationships, and supporting carrier selection, contract reviews, and compliance to optimize cost and service levels.

Provide operational, technical and development support for the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and QA applications. Define and document requirements, map business processes, develop and execute test plans, create BI reports and dashboards, perform data analysis for process optimization, produce technical documentation and training, and collaborate with stakeholders and IT to implement and maintain QA systems.

The Product Technical Lead - Supply Chain will support product roadmaps, align with business goals, manage product backlog, and optimize solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
