Lead internal segment reporting, cost allocation, and performance analytics; support period-end and year-end close; build financial models and Power BI dashboards; prepare management and external reporting compliant with IFRS; support audits, system implementations, testing, and ad hoc financial analysis for senior leadership.

Design, develop, implement, and evaluate enterprise learning and talent development programs. Partner with leaders, HR, SMEs, and vendors to identify needs, facilitate instructor-led and virtual sessions, administer Workday Learning, analyze learning data, and improve programs and learner experience.

Lead MarTech product strategy and roadmap to advance personalization. Work with stakeholders, IT, vendors, and analytics to prioritize, deliver, test, and monitor MarTech solutions (Adobe, Pegasystems, CDP). Ensure data privacy compliance, drive adoption through training and change management, and manage product backlog using Agile.
