Lead MarTech product strategy and roadmap to advance personalization. Work with stakeholders, IT, vendors, and analytics to prioritize, deliver, test, and monitor MarTech solutions (Adobe, Pegasystems, CDP). Ensure data privacy compliance, drive adoption through training and change management, and manage product backlog using Agile.
