Teams at Lakeside Process Controls Ltd.

Develops industrial market opportunities and achieves territory sales goals through technical sales, account management, customer relationship building, industry events, and strategic introductions. Promotes process control and automation products, supports customers with product selection and project execution, provides post-order service, monitors construction activity, and coordinates solutions with contractors, distributors, engineers, OEMs, and industrial customers. Requires travel throughout the territory.

Manage and grow industrial and institutional accounts across Southern Ontario. Develop account plans, generate and advance opportunities, execute technical and value-based sales, lead competitive pursuits, maintain CRM funnel accuracy, coordinate internal and external teams, and achieve bookings, sales, and gross profit targets. Build relationships with engineering, operations, procurement, and maintenance stakeholders while recommending automation solutions addressing reliability, safety, cost, and efficiency.

Manages customer orders from entry through completion, including procurement, expediting, business-system updates, status reporting, documentation, and product returns. Coordinates with customers, sales teams, internal departments, and vendors to fulfill customer needs. Provides additional sales and support assistance while maintaining accurate records, professional communication, and efficient order processing.
