Translates customer requirements into control architectures, reviews P&IDs and instrumentation specifications, supports panel and wiring design, and plans upgrades and commissioning. Leads inside-sales opportunities, prepares proposals, manages pricing and renewals, advises on Emerson tools, and supports customers and peers. The role includes occasional site visits, warehouse inspections, and participation in an eligible after-hours on-call rotation.

Develops industrial market opportunities and achieves territory sales goals through technical sales, account management, customer relationship building, industry events, and strategic introductions. Promotes process control and automation products, supports customers with product selection and project execution, provides post-order service, monitors construction activity, and coordinates solutions with contractors, distributors, engineers, OEMs, and industrial customers. Requires travel throughout the territory.

Manage and grow industrial and institutional accounts across Southern Ontario. Develop account plans, generate and advance opportunities, execute technical and value-based sales, lead competitive pursuits, maintain CRM funnel accuracy, coordinate internal and external teams, and achieve bookings, sales, and gross profit targets. Build relationships with engineering, operations, procurement, and maintenance stakeholders while recommending automation solutions addressing reliability, safety, cost, and efficiency.

Manages customer orders from entry through completion, including procurement, expediting, business-system updates, status reporting, documentation, and product returns. Coordinates with customers, sales teams, internal departments, and vendors to fulfill customer needs. Provides additional sales and support assistance while maintaining accurate records, professional communication, and efficient order processing.

Provides technical application and inside-sales support for industrial automation and process instrumentation solutions. Consults with customers on measurement requirements, recommends products, prepares quotations and proposals, performs calculations and troubleshooting, manages orders through shipment, and follows up to increase conversions. Builds customer relationships, identifies upselling opportunities, supports sales growth, gathers competitive intelligence, promotes product lines, and delivers product training and customer education.

Manage automation and mechanical process solutions projects from scope definition through delivery. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost analysis, risk management, performance measurement, stakeholder coordination, delegation, issue escalation, and customer/vendor liaison. The role requires project management experience in industrial automation, control systems, energy management, and mechanical systems, along with knowledge of software and hardware development lifecycles, testing processes, and project management best practices.

Leads process control system design for industrial processes and fuel-burning equipment, including control strategies, instrumentation, safety systems, engineering documentation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and regulatory approvals. Participates in HAZOP and risk assessments, supports customer and business development activities, reviews technical deliverables, mentors engineers, and improves internal standards for burner management, combustion control, and process safety.

Coordinates customer orders from entry through fulfillment, including procurement, expediting, system updates, status reporting, documentation, and product returns. Maintains customer communication, collaborates with sales, vendors, and internal teams, and supports broader sales operations. The role requires strong organization, accuracy, multitasking, customer service, order-entry experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Supports sales teams by processing purchase orders, maintaining order data, preparing confirmations and status reports, reviewing vendor acknowledgements, coordinating inspections and shipments, assembling documentation, and responding to customer inquiries. The role collaborates with internal teams and vendors, updates business systems and customer portals, and completes administrative tasks supporting sales operations.
