As a Consult Associate Partner, you will lead multi-disciplinary consulting engagements, drive client relationships at the CXO level, manage financial outcomes, and foster talent development within the team.

Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership: manage complex calendars and travel, coordinate meetings and events, prepare executive materials, handle correspondence, track expenses, support projects and office operations, and mentor administrative peers while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Own and grow a strategic insurance account end-to-end: drive revenue, margin, pipeline, and retention. Build executive relationships, originate and close complex multi-year deals, identify whitespace, align delivery, and run disciplined account operations to scale business.
