As a Consult Associate Partner, you will lead multi-disciplinary consulting engagements, drive client relationships at the CXO level, manage financial outcomes, and foster talent development within the team.

Support strategy and transformation engagements for insurance clients by conducting market and competitor research, analyzing performance and operating models, building financial models and business cases, developing executive-ready recommendations, facilitating client workshops, and collaborating with senior teams to drive growth, digital transformation, and operational improvements across insurance segments.

Lead architecture and delivery of an enterprise Policy-as-Code platform on GCP. Define standards, governance, CI/CD integrations, policy lifecycle, observability, migration strategies, and provide technical leadership to enable secure, auditable policy enforcement in regulated environments.

Lead Azure-focused consulting engagements to define cloud adoption strategies, architect Azure-native and modernized applications, integrate Agentic AI and Azure OpenAI, provide delivery governance, mentor teams, support pre-sales, and develop reusable Azure/AI frameworks and accelerators.

Lead and coordinate pre-sales activities to develop and present cross-practice technical solutions. Support consulting, advisory, and architecture teams, build customer and partner relationships, and deliver demos, proofs of concept, and compelling technical presentations to drive profitable deals.

Identify and qualify new-logo enterprise opportunities, shape early-stage deals through discovery and value definition, build C-level relationships, create financial business cases (ROI/TCO), maintain pipeline and forecasts, collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams and partners, support commercial negotiations, and ensure smooth handover to deal execution while preserving client continuity.

Lead development of a Canadian private cloud proposition and manage the Managed Services Solutioning team. Oversee solution architecture and commercial support for complex consult+managed services pursuits across cloud, applications, data, and infrastructure. Drive repeatable offerings, pricing, go-to-market, solution governance, delivery readiness, and team capability while partnering with sales, delivery, and partners to win and transition large strategic deals.
