Responsibilities include identifying sensitive data, developing masking rules, configuring algorithms, integrating solutions with Azure pipelines and ETL processes, preserving referential integrity, testing masked datasets, and maintaining masking documentation and metadata repositories.

Leads complex business analysis for a Credit Risk and ECL rewrite program. Defines and validates business, functional, data, control, and reporting requirements; documents current and target-state processes; manages traceability, impacts, scope, and stakeholder alignment. Supports solution design, testing, UAT, implementation readiness, defect resolution, governance, and risk escalation across Risk, Finance, Data, Technology, and Regulatory Reporting teams.
