Provides Level 2/3 production support for mission-critical applications on Linux and OpenShift. Responsibilities include monitoring, incident and problem management, AutoSys scheduling, FeedHub integrations, certificate lifecycle management, CI/CD deployments, release management, root cause analysis, documentation, automation, and on-call support.

Provide L2/L3 production support for mission-critical banking applications on Unix/Linux. Administer WebLogic, IBM MQ, and AutoSys; monitor system health; troubleshoot performance and incidents; perform root cause analysis, deployments, patching, and configuration changes; coordinate with technical teams; and participate in on-call and major incident management while maintaining security and compliance standards.

Design, develop, and optimize scalable Azure Databricks data pipelines, lakehouse solutions, and cloud data platforms. Build batch and streaming ETL/ELT processes using Spark, PySpark, Delta Lake, Auto Loader, and Structured Streaming. Implement data modeling, SCD, CDC, governance, Unity Catalog, integrations, CI/CD, monitoring, testing, and performance tuning while collaborating with architects and stakeholders.
