Provides commercial legal support for a B2B SaaS organization, leading complex enterprise negotiations and drafting agreements across multiple jurisdictions. Advises executives and cross-functional teams on contracts, privacy, cybersecurity, AI, data governance, and technology matters. Develops legal templates, playbooks, governance frameworks, compliance programs, and risk mitigation strategies while supporting product launches and partnerships. Manages outside counsel and improves legal operations, processes, and technology. The role is hybrid in Toronto and reports to the Chief Counsel.

The Analyst will perform financial and valuation analyses, prepare detailed financial models and reports, and collaborate with directors and clients in various expert services.
