Manages financial investigations, forensic accounting, regulatory compliance, internal investigations, insider risk assessments, and consulting engagements. Responsibilities include case strategy, evidence gathering, investigative interviews, asset tracing, financial analysis, internal control testing, client presentations, report preparation, project management, quality review, team development, and client relationship expansion.

Provides commercial legal support for a B2B SaaS organization, leading complex enterprise negotiations and drafting agreements across multiple jurisdictions. Advises executives and cross-functional teams on contracts, privacy, cybersecurity, AI, data governance, and technology matters. Develops legal templates, playbooks, governance frameworks, compliance programs, and risk mitigation strategies while supporting product launches and partnerships. Manages outside counsel and improves legal operations, processes, and technology. The role is hybrid in Toronto and reports to the Chief Counsel.
