Test releases, rule changes, edge cases, and regressions; document and verify bug fixes; monitor platform and agent activity; manage approval queues; evaluate agent output; escalate risks; and maintain test plans, QA checklists, runbooks, and release notes.

Build trusted finance data products, scalable pipelines, analytical models, automated reconciliations, dashboards, and finance data lake capabilities. Partner with Finance, Accounting, Data Engineering, Product, and Platform teams to resolve discrepancies, improve reporting, automate close activities, establish data quality controls, and enable near-real-time insights. Evaluate AI-assisted automation and own production reliability, testing, documentation, monitoring, and exception handling.

Coordinate product operations for Krak’s consumer banking and payments products. Manage compliance, legal, fraud, risk, vendor, and client-engagement dependencies; maintain trackers; support feature launches and incident response; analyze fraud, dispute, customer-experience, authorization, and decline metrics; manage vendor performance reviews; and provide market, regulatory, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
