Manage compliance, legal, fraud, risk, vendor, and client-engagement dependencies; maintain trackers; support feature launches and incident response; analyze fraud, dispute, customer-experience, authorization, and decline metrics; manage vendor performance reviews; and provide market, regulatory, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.

Designs static 2D and 3D brand creative for product launches, campaigns, promotions, and ongoing marketing. Creates Cinema 4D assets, extends brand systems across channels and markets, builds Figma libraries and localization-ready templates, and uses AI-assisted production tools. Partners with marketing, compliance, regional, motion, web, and performance teams to deliver approved work. Maintains a high craft standard, contributes strategic ideas, and provides constructive design feedback.

Own Kraken Pro’s organic growth strategy across SEO, content, social, community, referrals, and partnerships. Lead acquisition from discovery through first trade, improve UX and conversion funnels, run experiments, build growth dashboards, and develop brand-driven acquisition. Manage and coach a lean team while partnering with Product, Design, Legal, and Communications to deliver compliant, high-impact growth across regions.

Owns end-to-end paid video creative for Kraken Consumer, from concept through production, editing, approval, localization, and delivery across multiple platforms and markets. Uses generative AI as a core production method, develops platform-native concepts, interprets creative testing data, and creates iterative performance assets. Collaborates with marketing, compliance, product, and regional teams while maintaining high craft, speed, and regulatory standards.

Build and own React Native features for Kraken’s consumer mobile app, from product discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration. Partner with Product and Design to create responsive, trustworthy financial experiences using dynamic or real-time data. Guide development for a new Asian-market app, including regional UX, connectivity restrictions, vendors, and telemetry. Contribute to architecture, performance, reliability, code reviews, and product engineering standards.

Own the strategy, design, prototyping, launch, and optimization of social investing and trading experiences. Define user journeys, interaction details, experiments, and success metrics; conduct usability research; analyze funnel and retention data; collaborate with design, engineering, and data science; and prioritize improvements across feeds, profiles, sharing, discovery, and community features.

Own the vision and roadmap for a global payments platform, including its backend, APIs, SDKs, hosted pages, and embedded components. Define requirements across internal clients, prioritize capabilities, partner with engineering and banking teams, coordinate integrations, incorporate compliance and risk needs, and track adoption and payment performance metrics. The role requires strong payments knowledge, technical fluency, developer-product experience, structured communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making.

Lead global external communications for professional trading, derivatives, and institutional products. Develop integrated communications strategies, thought leadership, messaging, media materials, executive communications, and spokesperson programs. Translate compliance policies and investigator needs into requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans. Partner with engineering and compliance stakeholders, validate system design and data flows, support audits, and ensure controls for explainability, evidence retention, lineage, and change management.

Own regulatory analytics and reporting by building audit-ready datasets, pipelines, dashboards, compliance metrics, and automated workflows. Analyze complex data, monitor quality, support audits and regulatory exams, and deliver actionable insights to compliance teams and leadership. Translate regulatory requirements into accurate reports using Python, SQL, dbt, and Airflow while partnering cross-functionally to manage data issues and remediation.

Own Kraken Consumer’s growth marketing enablement product roadmap, connecting marketing and product to improve acquisition, conversion, reactivation, and retention. Design campaign journeys, lifecycle messaging, incentives, referral mechanics, landing pages, and measurement foundations across web and mobile. Lead experimentation, define funnel metrics, and partner with marketing, design, engineering, and data teams to deliver growth initiatives.

Build and grow the Kraken Pro trading community across Discord, Telegram, X, TradingView, Reddit, and other channels. Engage directly with traders, manage ambassadors and power users, lead AMAs and live events, communicate product updates, gather actionable feedback for Product, create high-quality content, and measure community impact through sentiment, share of voice, signups, and retention.

Lead Kraken Pro’s social media strategy across X, Telegram, and other platforms. Create platform-native content, react quickly to crypto and trading trends, manage the content calendar, engage the community, translate product updates into compelling narratives, track performance, and optimize through experimentation. Partner with Legal and Communications to ensure accurate, compliant messaging across regions.

Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team building growth-critical platforms, AI-driven tools, automations, and user engagement systems. Partner with Product and Design to prioritize work, guide architecture, improve processes, and deliver reliable production features. The role combines people leadership with hands-on backend software development, technical decision-making, stakeholder communication, and team enablement across distributed time zones.

Build and operate Kraken’s internal AI platform, including governed integrations, authentication, internal tooling, evaluation systems, spend controls, identity and access controls, provisioning, vendor configuration, and policy enforcement. Provide technical enablement through documentation, deep dives, and office hours while supporting teams and administering the enterprise AI estate.

Own the product vision and roadmap for Kraken’s exchange infrastructure, including matching engines, custody, algorithmic trading, APIs, and core systems. Lead four to five product managers, consolidate multiple exchange engines, define performance and resiliency metrics, and coordinate migrations across product, engineering, risk, credit, and compliance teams. The role requires strong knowledge of exchange architecture, market structure, low-latency systems, platform strategy, and crypto markets, while remaining hands-on with roadmaps and specifications.

Build and scale Kraken Pro’s KOL and creator network across Spain and Iberia. Acquire trading users through influencer partnerships, manage creator relationships, promote derivatives products, set regional acquisition and CAC targets, resolve execution issues, and collaborate with growth, marketing, and compliance teams.
