Lead digital and AI projects from discovery through delivery, managing timelines, budgets, scope, risks, deliverables, and cross-functional teams. Serve as the primary client contact, facilitate workshops, coordinate Strategy, UX, and Technology teams, and create client-facing presentations and documentation. The role also supports digital consulting, product development, user experience, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Designs, builds, and maintains scalable data platforms, architectures, and pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake. Responsibilities include data modeling, ETL/ELT, workflow optimization, security and compliance, data quality improvements, and collaboration with analysts, scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Leads medium and large-scale digital and AI projects from planning through delivery. Manages timelines, budgets, resources, scope, risks, dependencies, client communication, documentation, and multidisciplinary design and technology teams. Facilitates agile ceremonies, develops delivery roadmaps, ensures quality and milestone completion, and mentors junior project managers while supporting digital transformation initiatives.
